There are as many stories and paths to celebrity as there are celebrities, but in just two years time, Tila Tequila has possibly become THE symbol of the cult of personality that has developed in the digital age. The 25 year old striking, sexy siren has been on the cover and/or featured in numerous magazines - such as Time, Maxim, and Rolling Stone’s “Hot Issue” - for being the most “friended” person on the social networking site MySpace.com. Cast as a phenomenal “insta-star” of sorts, she’s already racked up nearly 2 million dedicated fans, and as the popular men’s magazine Stuff said, is now the “Web’s hottest Mama”.

The phenomenon of Tila Tequila is a story of being an icon of the cultural zeitgeist where the lines of pop culture, personal technology and raw talent intertwine to yield a feisty, magnetic pop music star on the verge.

Tila’s popularity in today’s Web World is unparalleled and has helped earn the sultry Vietnamese ex-model recognition that most people would die for. But the charisma fans see in the glint of her eye, the curve of her hip and the mischief on her lips will soon be echoed as she begins to unleash her music and fulfill a dream she’s always harbored and, more importantly, is equipped to accomplish.

“People don’t know what to expect from me and, in a way, I like that,” Tila says of her music career. “They’re shocked when they hear my music.” A mix of hip-hop style, dance-club energy, and punk rock bravado, Tila’s music is unabashedly fiery, upbeat and, most importantly, fun. “I grew up listening to all types of music and have made a lot of musician friends from all sorts of genres along the way who encouraged me and helped me mold everything I like into my own sound.”
Tila now has her own fashion line, up coming show on VH1, new single with Lil Jon and continues to be a top DJ on the "Lux" party market.

Mirella Castellano was born and raised in the UK to Italian, Portuguese parents and grew up in a very musical family, her father having been a singer for all of her life and her sister following in his footsteps. Music became a big part of her life at an early age and this played a part in her discovering her goals.
Mirella has been song writing since the age of 17 and was singing through most of her teen years and early 20’s, finding herself in different bands and groups where she wrote and co-wrote songs and arranged vocals. She developed as a writer/arranger over the years and in July 2003 Mirella was signed by Universal Music Publishing, One of the largest Music publishers in the world, as a top line Songwriter. This proved to be so beneficial for Mirella as it gave her the chance to work with other international writers, and have her a platform in which to showcase her songs.
This was where her journey began, within months of signing her publishing deal; Mirella was fortunate enough to be writing with the famous song writing teams Murlyn and Cosmos (Sony atv) in Sweden where she gained much experience and knowledge. This became something she did on quite a regular basis, writing songs to be put forward for Anna Johnson (Spiderman Soundtrack), and many other European artists.
In amongst these most talented writers, Mirella’s first major project was writing with Liz McClarnon, who was previously part of Europe’s most successful girl group since the Spice Girls, ‘Atomic Kitten’.
She frequently travels between UK and Europe to write with various successful writing houses and has worked with other artists such as Lee Ryan (Blue), Andy Scott Lee, Roberta (X Factor), Ciara (Bellfire), Jordan (Katie Price) one of Europe’s most successful models, writers from Ash Howes and Martin Harrington’s team and other artists/writers signed to Universal Music Publishing in Europe and the USA along the way.
Mirella’s ambitions do not only lie with being a songwriter, she has recently finished her first fiction novel which she is hoping to have published in the near future and has just begun her second. She has been a teacher of Street Dance for the last three years at the distinguished ‘Stanmore College’ in Middlesex, England, and was also invited to Salsa her way to the semi finals of a Salsa competition in Brazil.
In the three years since her signing at Universal, she has made hundreds of contacts both in Europe and the USA and continues to be sent songs from overseas to Co-write and arrange. She currently resides in Los Angeles and is working with artists who are from the USA who are extremely close to securing record deals with major record labels.
